SmartSlat was originally designed and manufactured by a company called Steel with Appeal Pty Ltd. Gramline purchased the product smartslat, including the website, patent & registered design and the rollforming equipment (excluding the business), and has further developed both the product and installation methods including a new specialized hand tool. Using our expertise in rollforming, new equipment has been designed and built to provide a product which can now be manufactured and supplied to meet the demands of today’s discerning buyer.
Smartslat is unique, as it is a conceal fixed two part system, that can be pre-assembled in the workshop or assembled on site. Offering flexibility in application, it can be installed vertically or horizontally with new special mounting brackets for 30 degree louver mounting.
Gramline was established in 1975 and has built a reputation for innovation in design & manufacturer. From its main manufacturing base in Sydney it now supplies the Australian and International markets with a range of products, now recognized for their quality in both manufacture and design.
